Its beginning to look a lot like fall

Hi Lovelies! Whew, I am past the October 15th tax deadline and will hopefully get back to blogging regularly. Recently, I started decorating the living room and outside our home in fall decor. I LOVE fall almost as much as I love summer.

So here's the breakdown:
- I purchased two scarecrows (a boy and a girl) from Michael's at $6 each
- I got the tall vase from Michael's with my 50% off coupon I got the vase for $12
- I purchased the leaves from Dollar Tree for a $1
- I purchased the gourd's, pumpkins, cones, etc to go in the vase from Dollar Tree & Mitchael's, Pier 1. Total came to approximately $7
- the majority of the pine cones came from my lovely husband. He picked a huge bag while he was at his mom's house in the country.
- the white pumpkin is from HEB and cost $4

I am going to re-use the tall vase throughout the year and simply put in decor appropriate for that holiday (so for Christmas I will put big Christmas bulbs or etc in the vase).

I am loving this weather!!!
Did any of you decorate for fall? What's your favorite season or Holiday?
