Brownie Extraordinary

This brownie recipe is awesome with a capital "A". I made this dessert tonight. Mr. Spouse cooked dinner. I had been dying to try this recipe since I was suppose to make it for Valentines Day, but never did.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Box of Brownie Mix (I used a generic brand from HEB, but you can use any brand (Pillsbury, etc).
3 bars of Symphony Bar Candy (the BIG bars). I used the blue pack which has almonds, but you can use the regular (that doesn't have almonds)

STEPS:
1. Place foil inside baking dish
2. Spray foil-lined pan with a non-stick cooking spray
3. Follow the steps on your box of brownie mix
4. After you have mixed according to the package, pour half of the batch into the foil-lined pan
5. Place the 3 big symphony bars on top on the brownie mux
6. Pour the remaining portion of the brownie mix on top of the symphony bars.

Bake for about 20 minutes (or until done) at 350 degrees.

Enjoy by itself or with your favorite ice cream.
YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMY

Now, where is that elliptical because I am about to eat the whole pan !!!:-)
